Salad with Chicken, Peach and Almonds

Ingredients
185g chicken
80g figs
20g almonds
20g carrot
100g cherry tomatoes
1 bowl of green leafy vegetables
70g peach compote
30g atsas organic extra virgin olive oil
20g mustard
15g honey
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Roast the almonds and set aside. Cook the chicken in a non-stick pan with a little water.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix together in a bowl the atsas organic extra virgin olive oil, mustard, honey, vinegar and salt.
Step 3
Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and top with the sauce.
