Ntakos with Feta Cheese and Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp atsas organic extra virgin olive oil

  • 80 g Barley Ntakos.

  • 40 g Feta cheese 12%

  • 1 small tomato

  • Zest from half a lemon

  • 2 small pickled cucumbers


Instructions

Step 1
Wet the Ntakos and place them in a plate. Add on top the feta cheese, the chopped tomato and pickled cucumbers, and drizzle with atsas organic extra virgin olive oil.

Step 2
Garnish with some lemon zest and serve.
