Olive Oil Fava
Servings: 5 portions
Ingredients
500g fava (Yellow Split Peas)
1 ltr hot water
1 whole red onion
Salt
Pepper
Atsas organic extra virgin olive oil (2 tbsp per portion)
Finely chopped red onion for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Boil fava together with the whole onion until cooked. Let them cool and place them in the blender.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper and blend until you get a creamy consistency.
Serve with 2 tablespoons of atsas organic extra virgin olive oil and garnish with some finely chopped red onion.
